25th Anniversary of Bethany |
|
Please join us for a special Sunday on August 29th,
which marks the 25th Anniversary of Bethany. A special Mass will start
the day at 9:00AM. Following Mass, we will have pictures, stories, and
anecdotes of Bethany from the past 25 years. Our 6th Annual Chicken BBQ
will start at approximately 11:15AM. Please let us know you are coming
by August 26, 2010. Call Judy Morrissette at (413) 593-1828 or (413)
237-6725. Goodwill offering: Adults - $12.00, Children ages 4-10 -
$6.00, Children under 4 - Free. |

Summer Schedule |
|
Summer hours are going into effect for Lord’s Day
Masses. Beginning with July 26th through Labor Day, Lord’s Day Masses
will be celebrated on Sunday mornings only, at 9:00AM. There will be no
Saturday evening Masses during the months of July and August. Saturday
evening Masses will resume on September 18th at 4:00PM. |

A special Thank You to Lee & Pam Gauthier for a
successful Pancake Breakfast on June 20th, and to all who helped with
this event by setting up, serving, or taking down. Great job! You all
made Chef Lew very proud. Thank you for your continued support! |

Bethany Food Drive |
|
We will continue collecting non-perishable food items
for area food pantries. Please bring your donations of canned goods and
dry goods to Saturday evening and Sunday morning Masses. “Hunger never
takes a vacation.” |
Prayer Requests |
As a community, we
support each other through prayer in communion with Jesus Christ our
Lord and Savior. Please let us know of your prayer requests. |
Bethany’s Tree of Life
– A memorial to your loved ones. |
Have the name of a loved one who has gone
home to our Lord added to Bethany’s “Tree of Life”, located in the
Chapel of Mercy. For details, visit the “Tree of Life” or call us. |
Church Supplies |
Bethany is always grateful
to receive donations of supplies, such as coffee, hot chocolate, dish soap, cleaning
supplies, paper towels, paper plates and cups, bathroom tissue, etc. Please place
donations in the large basket at the chapel entrance. Thank you! |
