Patriarch Andre Letellier
of the Sacred Heart of Jesus

We are sorry to report that Patriarch Andre Letellier of the Sacred Heart of Jesus entered eternity on Friday, March 16th,
2012. He lived a life of love, faith and
hope, always focused on God’s truth as
revealed by Jesus Christ, with a deep
devotion to the Blessed Mother. While
we mourn his death, we rejoice in the
certainty of the fullness of life he now
enjoys in union with all the saints.. |

Marian Devotion |

In honor of Mary, during the month of May we will be reciting the Rosary every Wednesday night at the start of night prayer. In addition, a decade of the Rosary will be said before the start of Mass on Sunday mornings. Please send us your special intentions so that we may pray for them during the recitation of the Rosary. We honor Mary for interceding on our behalf and leading us back to her Son. |

Mother’s Day |

As we celebrate Mother’s Day, we give thanks to all the wonderful women who have nurtured us throughout life. Let us also remember that May is the month of Mary, who was given to us by Jesus as mother of us all. |

Upcoming Pancake Breakfast |

Bethany’s Annual Pancake Breakfast will be on June 17th. Please join us for this fun event. |

Bethany Food Drive |
|
We will continue collecting non-perishable food items
for area food pantries. Please bring your donations of canned goods and
dry goods to Saturday evening and Sunday morning Masses. “Hunger never
takes a vacation.” |
Prayer Requests |
As a community, we
support each other through prayer in communion with Jesus Christ our
Lord and Savior. Please let us know of your prayer requests. |
Bethany’s Tree of Life
– A memorial to your loved ones. |
Have the name of a loved one who has gone
home to our Lord added to Bethany’s “Tree of Life”, located in the
Chapel of Mercy. For details, visit the “Tree of Life” or call us. |
Church Supplies |
Bethany is always grateful
to receive donations of supplies, such as coffee, hot chocolate, dish soap, cleaning
supplies, paper towels, paper plates and cups, bathroom tissue, etc. Please place
donations in the large basket at the chapel entrance. Thank you! |
